Abstract
In this chapter, an experimental study on CANMQL grinding of Ti alloy is carried out. Variation laws of grinding temperature, grinding force, workpiece surface morphology, and debris morphology under different lubrication modes are compared. Results show that CANMQL technology is superior to other technologies in improving processing quality. Secondly, the action mechanism of CANMQL in grinding process is analyzed. The influencing mechanism of viscosity and atomization effect of nanofluid on grinding performances under low temperature conditions is disclosed.
