Abstract
The influencing mechanism of nozzle pose on effective action region of the liquid film is analyzed firstly in this chapter. The inclined angle of the nozzle within 12°~20° is beneficial for the liquid film formed by the atomized droplet groups to enter into the grinding zone effectively. A thickness distribution model of the flowing liquid film in the gas-liquid impacting zone under different CA temperatures is constructed. The influencing mechanism of normal and tangential momentum source produced by the gas impacting disturbance flow and droplet impacting onto the steady-state flow on driving effect of the liquid film flowing is disclosed. Given the same air pressure, thickness of the liquid film in the impacting zone of the atomized droplet groups increases with the reduction of CA temperature. When CA temperature is -10°C and -50°C, thickness of the liquid film is 0.92mm and 1.26mm, respectively.
