Globalization and Its Impact on World and National Economies

Author:

Abstract

The chapter attempts to identify the sources of globalization definitions within the context of different social sciences in the historical and current development of the global economy. The ability to analyze the scope and depth of existing processes of globalization and interdependence requires presenting the tools for their quantification, which is also included in the chapter. The global economy brings progress and positive results of growing globalization and has negative consequences in the form of global problems. Their solution requires scientific and political solutions at levels of the national and global economy.
