Abstract
The pandemic has not only demolished the economic spine of the world but also the social one. The spread of COVID-19 extends to almost 190 nations across the world. The fears of the second or third wave made this situation more volatile. Hence, it becomes vital to analyse this issue and address it with needed measures to lessen its impact on different stakeholders. This chapter will focus upon investors as one of the important stakeholders on whom the pandemic made a thorough impact. Uncertainty in the markets made this situation worse. No such pandemic ever happened in world history with an elongated and unexpected impact. Consequently, it also suggests different strategies to the retail investors in order to prevent their hard-earned resources from being deteriorated because of sudden market fluctuations.
