As society progresses, diverse educational techniques are emerging, including the widespread use of multimedia in university disciplines. In physical education (PE), multimedia enhances understanding of abstract concepts, replacing traditional methods and advancing PE. It enables personalized teaching, cultivates learning abilities, and improves physical skills. This study utilizes multimedia feature extraction and 3D body reconstruction to analyze brief sports actions, achieving precise motion analysis. Compared to traditional methods, this approach demonstrates a 15.38% improvement and holds broad applicability.
