Abstract
Successful clinical outcomes for both doctors and patients are dependent on good decision-making, accurate diagnosis, patient compliance, effective monitoring, and accurate interpretation of clinical results. This paper focuses on developing a mobile application to assist in the delivery of high-quality healthcare services. The principal purpose of the project is to make it easier and more convenient for patients to schedule follow-up appointments and also to address concerns that patients may encounter. "DOC.TIME" serves as a client, while Firebase Cloud serves as a server, managing a database containing information about the doctor, the patient, and the appointment. This study proposes a mobile application to increase public access to health care. Doctor's Appointment, Disease Prediction, Finding Hospital in Nearby, Electronic Health Record, and Chabot are some of the most important aspects of this application.
