Abstract
Artificial intelligence (AI) has become increasingly prevalent in the field of medicine, offering transformative potential in healthcare delivery, diagnosis, and treatment. This paper provides an overview of AI applications in medicine, focusing on machine learning (ML) algorithms, natural language processing (NLP) techniques, and robotics. It discusses the challenges and opportunities of AI in improving patient outcomes, enhancing clinical decision-making, and optimizing healthcare operations. Additionally, it explores ethical considerations, such as patient privacy and algorithmic bias, and highlights the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration between healthcare professionals and AI experts.
