Abstract
The article presents the author's experience gathered during machine safety audits in the field of repeated non-conformities and errors occurring in machines and assembly of machinery in various industry sectors. This work aims to show machine designers how to eliminate these errors when designing machines, and to indicate to users/investors what aspects to pay attention to during acceptance and when ordering machines. This article focuses on non-compliance regarding mechanical hazards.
