Abstract
In contemporary turbulent times, companies must meet the growing demands of customers. Only a stable and motivated team of employees can ensure success in this challenge. Employers, in order to effectively attract, develop, keep and engage valuable employees who will be able to meet and even exceed the expectations of a demanding consumer, recognize the need to change management style. A new and increasingly important management style is “management by values”. The effects of implementing management by values (as well as many other changes in an organization) may turn out to be really exceptional if the changes are made through a controlled, deliberate process. The article presents a possible process of implementing management by values (a new concept for both scientists and practitioners), accompanied by authorial tools and a practical example of implementation accomplished by the author.
