Abstract
The paper presents researches results oriented on premises of organizational trust. The trust is created by organizational personal policy. Empirical scope of the research covers two selected respondent groups. The first is enterprise’s staff, which represents Y – generation. The generation has clear vision of organizational policy. The second group are workers from other firms (without age limit). A statement was taken, by authors, that the first group has stronger preferences for trust in a process of considering personnel policy than the second group. Analyses confirmed the statement. Authors created 83 sentences, that represent four perspectives of organizational personal function. Some impact on researches results would have high level of trust among the two group (according the COBOS methodology) and also the respondents age.
