Abstract

This article focuses on analyzing opportunities analysis for vietnam real estate growth in recent years. Method: include Qualitative research method: compare calculation results with coefficients in the period 2010-2020. And Quantitative research methods: Authors use econometric model with Eview saoftware. Results: Authors stated opportunities in Vietnam rel estate market: M&A opportunities in RE market still rise. The real estate market is forecast to continue to attract investors thanks to optimistic signals from the macro economy, public investment and people's still high demand for housing. Last but not least, we find out nowadays more IT app-lications applied in real estate industry in order to provide more useful information of customers and reliable reports.
