Abstract

One of the main problems in medicine and health that affects the effectiveness of treatment is the problem of poor patient compliance with the treatment rules. Patients do not follow the rules issued by a doctor, avoid specialist doctors, do not lead a healthy lifestyle, which significantly reduces prevention, diagnosis and treatment effectiveness. The article attempts to define the ways of overcoming this phenomenon on the basis of the work of a doctor - specialist.
