Abstract
The structure of the hard-magnetic alloy Alnico24 manufactured on the Russian SLM FACTORY selective laser melting unit was studied. Powder for alloying with a fraction of up to 80 μm was obtained by melt atomization from ingots on a HERMIGA 75 / 3VI unit. At various scanning modes and laser power, additive samples were manufactured to the structure studies. Detailed structural studies were performed using multifractal parameterization.
