Training of quartering in digital control of overhaul

Abstract

Abstract In the face of change it is necessary models both adaptation and organization activating a human factor. Model of stochastic bifurcation with Tutor’s determines 2 alternative assessments of a stochastic situation in organization. For stochastic quartering in two-level organization, integration of 2 stochastic bifurcation models is proposed with the aid of system engineering. But, with insufficient awareness of the organization’s management, undesirable activity of a controlled agent is possible. Namely, the agent can choose its state in such a way as to maximize own objective function. For this reason, the agent may not use its capabilities in the interests of the organization. To solve this problem in the face of uncertainty, a mechanism of digital control of two-level organization including stochastic quartering with a tutor is proposed. Sufficient conditions have been found for the synthesis of such mechanism, in which the agent fully uses his capability. The use of such mechanism is illustrated by the example of supervising of a depot making overhaul of railway locomotives.
