Abstract
Abstract
With the development of tea production, treating tea waste has become a problem that cannot be ignored. Here, we reprocessed tea waste to create a new kind of biomass material and named it “CHAMU”. We found that tea waste is a good fiber raw material and can improve the degradation rate of PLA composites in the soil. Based on the above findings, we established a tea waste recycling system. During the processing, it was found that tea stems, tea residue had better plasticity than wood-shaving materials. According to this characteristic, we designed a series of “CHAMU products” to explore “CHAMU” materials in product design.
