Abstract
The construction of a vibrating grain cleaning separator is proposed and its nonlinear mathematical model with vertical layering of sieves is built. The system of analytical expressions obtained on the basis of asymptotic methods of nonlinear mechanics and the Lagrange equation of the second kind is taken as the model. The model makes it possible to describe the movement of the oscillating part of the grain cleaning separator. The non-linearity of the obtained model will enable its further use for a number of similar separators with different design features. With its help, the impact of the main design parameters of the separator and the kinematic indicators of its drive on the characteristics of its movement and the intensity of the separation process is determined.
