CdAs2 semiconductor and the MnAs ferromagnet interreacting was analyzed with MnAs X = 0- 60 mol%. The phase diagram and eutectic curve were created (coordinates - 6 mol% MnAs and Tm
eut. = 614 °C). System CdAs2 - MnAs is ferromagnetic with TCurie = 353K. A negative magnetoresistance effect was detected with ΔR / R = 2-3 % in a saturation magnetic field - 0.7 T. The negative magnetoresistance effect detection shows the perspective of the CdAs2 with MnAs alloys as spintronics materials.
