Abstract
The checkweigher is a device that measures mass continuously and it carries out mass measurement while conveying an object on a belt conveyor. It is a device that operated an active role in various fields such as food, medicine, and industrial products. Although the load cell scale is often used to measure measurement in the checkweigher, due to the structure of load cell, the accuracy is susceptible to environmental vibration. It is difficult to generate low frequency input such as floor vibration with the general vibration exciter. We first manufactured a device that can reproduce environmental vibration. In this study, we present the response of the load cell to excited by the device, moreover consider the vibration compensation using an acceleration sensor.
