Indium-doped cadmium oxide (CdO: In) thin films have excellent photoelectric properties, and have broad application prospects in the fields of photoelectric devices, enhanced spectroscopy, and the like. In recent years, the influence law and internal mechanism of various preparation technologies and process conditions on the photoelectric performance of CdO: In thin films are still one of the research hotspots. The preparation methods of CdO: In transparent conductive thin films were reviewed, the effects of various preparation process conditions on the photoelectric performance of the thin films were discussed, and the future research directions of CdO: In thin films were given.
