Abstract
The article proposed the novel Sparrow colony optimization (SCO) algorithm to solve the optimal open loop control problem for nonlinear discrete deterministic dynamic systems described by difference equations. Numerical algorithm and software in Python programming language are implemented. Model examples demonstrating the effectiveness of the developed software are solved. Comparison of the considered algorithm results with a Dragonfly optimization algorithm at the solution of model problems is made. The recommended parameters values of the proposed algorithm are suggested.
