In order to overcome the shortcomings of electromagnetic interference and noise of electromagnetic vibration feeder, a linear feeder driven by Langzhiwan oscillator is designed, its working principle is analyzed, and the prototype of feeder is tested. The experimental results show that the resonant frequency of feeder is 17.5 kHz, the amplitude is 28μm when the driving source voltage is 200 V. The transmission speed of M2 nuts is 102 mm/s, and the feeder has the ability to transport materials in the frequency range of 17.1 kHz to 17.9 kHz. In addition, with the increase of voltage, the conveying speed increases linearly, and the conveying performance is greatly weakened due to the deviation of resonance frequency.
