Abstract
In order to analyze the influence of electromagnetic induction heating parameters on the leveling effect of thin plates after welding, and summarize their influence rules, this paper first introduces the principle of induction heating, further reveals the mechanism of electromagnetic induction heating to control the deformation of thin plates, and discusses the parameters that affect the process of electromagnetic induction heating. Based on this, the electromagnetic induction heating under different gap distances, current intensity, and heating frequency is simulated by finite element simulation software. The experimental verification is carried out, which lays the foundation for selecting the appropriate electromagnetic induction heating-related parameters.
