Abstract
Distributed power storage can store and optimize excess power from renewable power sources and reduce the cost of electricity for customers by shifting peaks and filling valleys. However, the expensive price and low utilization of distributed power storage hindered its development on the user side. The time-sharing multiplexing model allow users share distributed power storage’s spare capacity. To improve the utilization of distributed power storage and increase its economic benefits, we propose a user-side distributed power storage sharing strategy. First, we establish a two-level sharing model with community platform as the upper layer and users as the lower layer, then, use the alternating direction multiplier method (ADMM) to solve this optimization model to complete the capacity allocation.
