Abstract
Abstract
Here we present a study on the electronic and magnetic properties of the members of Co1+xV2-xO4 series. The solid-state reaction method was used to grow the polycrystalline samples. Using the localised electron relationship and the various hopping transport regimes, we analyse the electronic transport outcomes. Also, the results of magnetic measurements reveal the ferrimagnetic phase transition and non-collinear spin configuration of these vanadate samples. Additionally, our work illustrates the variation of electronic and magnetic properties with the Co-concentration values.
