The purpose of this article is to study the integration of information technology and physical education process. This article uses modern information technology to integrate with physical education. The teaching effect produced by it is significantly better than the traditional teaching model. It can more effectively solve the difficulties in the textbook, and can help students establish movement representations and understand movements faster.
