Optimized design of sliding bearing parameters for electromagnetic direct drive cone crusher

Abstract

Abstract The introduction of direct electromagnetic drive technology into hydraulic cone crusher has brought great progress to the traditional crushing technology, but the sliding bearing has repeatedly burned and held during the trial production of the prototype, which poses a new challenge to the trial work. In this paper, the failure of the sliding bearing of the direct-drive electromagnetic cone machine during the trial operation was analyzed. Then the sliding bearing structure was optimized, which ensured the safe and stable operation of the direct-drive electromagnetic cone machine.
