Abstract

Abstract In the process of plate rolling, the characteristics of low head and tail temperature, large biting impact, and large torsional vibration affect the high-precision control of thickness, which makes it difficult to further improve the control accuracy of the traditional GM-AGC model based on feedback control. Using the characteristics of reversible plate rolling, the processing history information of the rolled piece during the entire rolling process is tracked, and the known information of the previous pass is used to intelligently correct the subsequent pass. Based on the traditional absolute AGC control model, adaptive thickness feedforward control is carried out for the sharply changing position of the thickness at the head of the rolling piece to reduce the thickness deviation of the unstable position.
