Preparation of the Acenaphthene Phenyl Silicone Oil with Vinyl and Its Effent on Silicone Rubber Vulcanized at Room Temperature

Abstract

AbstractThe acenaphthene phenyl silicone oil with vinyl (AEPSV) was synthesized by Diels-Alder reaction with polyvinyl siloxane (SV) and acenaphthylene cyclopentadienone (AECPO). The structure was characterized by means of FT-IR and1H-NMR. Then added its into the silicone rubber as the heat-resistant additive. And the influence of content on the heat resistant and mechanical properties of silicone rubber were studied. The results showed that when the mass fraction of heat-resistant additiv was 9%, the initial degradation temperature of silicone rubber was 431.85°C.
