Abstract
An equivalent method from dynamic load to static load using the aircraft full finite element model based on the structure energy theory is proposed to solve the problem that fuse pin structures cannot be precisely designed under dynamic impact loading. Two groups of material and structure test are performed to verify the strength and failure mode of the structures with dynamic load and equivalent static load. The experimental and analytical results indicate that the sized structure based on equivalent load can be accurately destroyed, the failure mode is similar to the dynamic group’s strength and failure mode. This method provides theoretical and methodological basis for structural with precise strength as the design goal.
