Abstract
For the purpose of solving the problem of fatigue design of sleeve in plunger pump, a model of life prediction of combined sleeve using fatigue damage parameters as driving force is proposed in this paper. The circumferential residual stress after assembling and the circumferential stress after loading are calculated. The new model is used to calculate the life of the combined sleeve based on SWT method, and the correctness and rationality of the model are verified by the finite element method. The results show that the fatigue life of the combined sleeve is much longer than that of the integrated sleeve, and the interference has final effect on the fatigue life of the combined sleeve.
