Chirality and neutrinos, a student first approach

Abstract

Abstract Does Nature care about left-handed and right-handed configurations? Are left and right just two versions of the same thing? Although at first we may think that a particular orientation is irrelevant the fact is that Nature may distinguish between left-handed and right-handed systems. This results in different behaviors and properties. In this short presentation we will approach this phenomenon and how it affects the neutrinos.
