Abstract
In this paper, the 316L-SS fracture life data obtained by stretching the specimens at 550°C high temperature is comparatively analyzed by Weibull distribution and Birnbaum-Saunders distribution. The tensile strength corresponding to the high-temperature fracture characteristic life of 316L-SS diffusion bonding joints based on the Weibull model is given by power law distribution. The final result indicates that the BS analysis model has high reliability from the perspective of engineering, and the Weibull model is practical in materials science research.
