Abstract

Abstract In this paper, the pure flow field distribution of hydrocyclone and the separation efficiency of solid particles were studied by fluent software, and the separation efficiency of solid particles with different diameters was compared. The numerical simulation of the pure flow field and the separation efficiency of the cyclone hydrocyclone provides a theoretical basis for the structural optimization of the cyclone hydrocyclone, which is beneficial to improving the separation efficiency of the cyclone separator.
