Simple Registration Software for Health Clinic

Abstract

Abstract In this era, there are many people who lives on Earth. Many among them get sickness, for example influenza, cold, etc. Recovering the sickness they must go to a hospital or mini clinic. The focus of this research is how to solve to reduce the use of paper on a small clinic. Therefore, the small clinic has much outcome to cover the daily clinic operation. Usually small clinic the patients must fill a paper form to meet the doctor. Our research is to back up the paper- based fill form. We propose a new software using Visual Basic 2010. Our method use Visual Basic. NET 2010 programming language. Our research is to focus on Visual Basic 2010 to entry the patient’s data to Excel automatically. The advantages of this software is that we can fill the data form directly to the computer and then save them to the computer. The saving format from the computer is Microsoft Excel Format.
