A new type of SOFC-MGT bottom cycle structure is proposed, and its performance is researched and analyzed based on Matlab/Simulink software and experimental tests. The research results show that the higher the initial temperature of the fuel, the worse the reforming efficiency. With the continuous increase of the initial fuel temperature, the reformed product CO can increase by up to 1.1%, CO2 can be reduced by up to 2.8%, H2 can be reduced by up to 0.3%, and the remaining water vapor is up to 0.6%. The overall power of the SOFC-MGT system is the SOFC power.2.1times the power, which is 3.25times the power of MGT.
