Application Evaluation Research on the Airport Information System

Abstract

Abstract This paper puts forward an applicable evaluation research method for the information system satisfaction in the small and medium-sized airport. It constructs a multi-dimensional index system, and analyzes the influencing factors and weights based on the multiple liner regression function. The evaluation research method could provide quantitative decision support for optimizing the quality of information system and improving the comprehensive service ability.
