Intelligent optimization of landing gear retraction based on physical simulation

Abstract

Abstract The design of the retraction mechanism is an important part of landing gear design, and optimizing the space retraction mechanism is extremely difficult. An intelligent optimization model of landing gear retraction based on physical simulation is established to investigate further the recently proposed innovative design method for landing gear retraction trajectory. The theoretical kinematic model is combined with a collision detection algorithm to realize the interference check during landing gear retraction. An intelligent algorithm uses the minimum clearance between the landing gear and cabin segment as the evaluation index to optimize the key retraction parameters. The results of the optimization case show that the physical simulation model based on the Devillers algorithm established in this paper can effectively guide the intelligent design of key parameters of landing gear retraction.
