Abstract

Abstract With the development of industrial technology, engraving technology has become a common industrial processing technology. Aiming at the potential safety hazards existing in the use of the CNC engraving machine, this paper designs a device for preventing vibration damage of the engraving machine based on the operator’s experience and relevant theoretical knowledge, which is connected and assembled by gas spring and 3D print through screws and nuts. It greatly improves its safety performance, mechanical efficiency, and finished product quality and reduces working hours. The modal and static analyses of the two structures of the device are carried out by finite element software to verify the reliability of the structure. The device is applied to the CNC engraving machine to ensure its structural stability.
