A domestic SUV model was selected, and two different side wind simulation methods of “partial car” and “partial wind” were analyzed to numerically simulate the flow field of SUV under different intensity of side wind, and the velocity-pressure distribution and aerodynamic force of the flow field under different side wind intensity were obtained. coefficients under different side wind strengths. The wind tunnel test was conducted at the same time, and the simulation results were compared and analyzed with the test results.
