Abstract
Abstract
After diesel fuel injection, when the spray droplets in the air hit the wall, an oil film may be formed on the wall, and the surface roughness is the key parameter. To analyze the influence of roughness on the formation of oil film, a combustion model of the engine cylinder is built in this paper. The main part of the model is the simulation of diesel injection, and a related fuel injection model is built. The influence of cylinder wall roughness on the oil film formation in the diesel engine cylinder is analyzed through a wall-droplet interaction model.
