Abstract
Abstract
In this paper, we propose a method for the formation of TiO2 microscrolls due to the folding of thin layers in an external inhomogeneous magnetic field deposited on a glass substrate during laser ablation of a titanium target in the air. The models of the initial stages of the formation and structure of the microscrew are also proposed.
