Abstract
Indicators in assessing the success of health services and health development programs are the maternal mortality, infant and children under five years old mortality. Comprehensive handling is very important and beginning of nutrition care in pregnancy. Posyandu (Integrated services center for mothers and children under five years) as a form of institution that involves community participation in maternal and toddler health problems is the spearhead for reducing this mortality rate. The cooperation between Puskesmas (Community Health Centers) and Posyandu in public health supervision issues required good communication and clear reporting so that problems arise can be handled quickly Therefore, it takes an application system that can bridge communication between the two institutions in the prevention of maternal and child mortality, nutrition problems, especially malnutrition and stunting in children. The mobile-based application is expected to help public health supervision by integrating the performance of posyandu cadres, midwives and doctors in Kelurahan Pancoran Mas, Depok City.
