Abstract
Abstract
The simulation and corrosion conduction of anti-acid brick in high temperature and particle abrasion circumstances were tested with scanning electron microscopic, mechanical compression, and X-ray diffraction. The results showed the strength degradation rates of the Anti-acid brick were 7.0% and 17.8% in different high-temperature and acid corrosion conditions. The high-temperature water vapor in the environment permeated into the brick after eroding the crystal structure of the brick surface. The structural strength of the silicate anti-corrosion bricks would be reduced under the continuous impact of solid particles. The corrosive products dissolved in the slurry solution and ran off the matrix. With the constant corrosion of the hydrochloric acid solution, the corrosion formed large holes in the interior of the depression area, which aggravated the strength reduction of the brick material.
