Experimental research of the dosing device and the process of nonmixing of tubular long dimensions at the automatic conveyor unit

Abstract

Abstract Paper presents pilot studies of the automatic conveyor mixer (nonmixer) and batchers for receiving mix of the single, piece tubular elements having similar standard overall dimensions, but differing in internal properties at effective end use. The relevance and novelty of development are shown on the example of receiving the general party of composite tubular product from small similar parties, at the determined forming of its uniformity, with the set qualitative and quantitative characteristics from heterogeneous tubular components.
