Abstract
The article discusses the methods of parallelization of the computational image formation algorithm in radar stations designed to detect oil spills. The methods are based on parallel calculations. The methods for modeling the image formation process, the method for extracting information dependencies and the method for scaling and distributing subtasks were developed. The technique for analyzing the efficiency of the parallelization process and evaluating the algorithm stability was suggested, and the computational experiment was conducted. Its results were evaluated.
