Abstract
Abstract
Coal powder transportation technology is usually used in power plant, chemical industry and other industries. The forces of pulverized coal particles are very complicated and changeable during transportation, this study used pulverized coal particles as transport materials to carry out transport experiments. Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method was used to model and analyze the flow of pulverized coal particles through the powder feeding pipe in fluidized pneumatic transport, and its gas-solid flow characteristics were numerically simulated. In CFD simulation, discrete phase model is used to analyze the flow behavior of Coal powder. On this basis, the influence of flow characteristics of pulverized coal particles on the formation of output deviation of different pipelines is studied. The deviation from the minimum wind speed is calculated through simulation. The simulation results show that there is a negative correlation between the particle velocity of pulverized coal and the output deviation of the pulverized coal feeding pipe, which provides a reference for further understanding the output deviation characteristics of the pulverized coal feeding pipe.
