Abstract
In this paper, by means of big data technology and RF feedback technology, the dual capacitor feedback technology is further proposed in the amplifier. Then, through the double-cross coupling structure, the harmonic signal is weakened in different feedback loops, so as to achieve the improvement of IIP3 and the realization of ultra-low power and high linear LNA.
