A pivotal technology is the coagulation of the PCN in production of fiber which has a great many arguments connecting with one another. In this paper, an PID neural networkregulate strategy with improved particle swarm optimization (PIDNNHPSO) on account of the endocrine hormone regulate theory of human body is presented, and used to the coagulation tank of PCF manufacture. Three crucial arguments including liquid high, temperature, concentration of water are extracted.
