Nuclear structure and dynamics with light exotic beams

Abstract

Abstract In this contribution some aspects of the reaction dynamics of collisions involving light exotic nuclei will be introduced. In particular the dynamics of proton-halo nuclei and the differences with neutron-halo induced reactions will be discussed. Moreover, the formation of quasi-molecular states in the scattering of light nuclei having a neutron skin with α-particles will be presented.
