Abstract
The numerical Monte Carlo study of influence of diffuse interfaces on the magnetoresistance in trilayer magnetic structures Co/Cu(100)/Co and Pt/Co/Cu(100)/Co/Pt is carried out. The calculations of temperature dependence of the CPP magnetoresistance are realized for structures with thickness of cobalt films N=11 monolayers for cases with sharp and diffuse interfaces. Comparison of results shows that diffuse interfaces lead to appreciable influence on the magnetoresistance in these nanostructures.
